Labour law prof says layoffs likely as Sask. gov’t rolls back wages 3.5 per cent

University of Saskatchewan Prof. Keir Vallance says 3.5 per cent is a sizable cut that might not be reached by managing hours and he believes layoffs are likely to occur.
